With the development of the world economy, energy is being consumed more and more, but the non-renewable fuels is so limited . For conquering the energy crisis, most countries are researching biodiesel by using natural oils as a renewable clean energy.Generally speaking, biodiesel contains all using biomass as raw materials to produce alternative raw materials. Especially speaking, biodiesel is methyl ester fuel, biological methyl ester or esterification oil. They are obtained by esterification with the reaction of glycerides of the oil and low carbon alcohols.This paper studies the biodiesel transesterification synthesis technology, discusses on the transesterification reaction mechanism of the reaction, researches in detail various aspects of the biodiesel synthesis caused by the impact such as raw materials from oil and free fatty acid water, temperature, pressure, catalyst, reaction time, alcohol-oil ratio, mixing of raw materials and so on. In connection with the above basis, the paper focuses on the transesterification reaction kinetics through the experiment and concludes some outcomes. According to calculations showed soybean oil and methanol synthesis of fatty acid methyl ester activation energy of 45.3 KJ/mol. Meanwhile, it demonstrats biological fatty acid methyl ester as a diesel oil substitute products which has unique properties and advantages, then achieves the optimal production process. Finally, the author introduced an efficient device for the production.
