| Slaughter waste water includes a lot of nitrogenous organic matter such as blood, pluck, hairs and soon, and it is easy to breeding large numbers of deleterious microorganism. Therefore, dealing withslaughter waste water fast and high efficiency has great significance for protecting environment.Ammonifier, nitrifier and denitrifier who play important role in the processing of removing nitrogen canbe survive in 30~35℃which is the best temperature for most of these bacteria. But in Northern China, itis hard for them to work effectively in the low temperature water. Thus, looking for ammonifier, nitrifierand denitrifier who could work in low temperature has practical significance.In this thesis, a method for sieving low-temperature surviving ammonifier, nitrifier, denitrifier isintroduced: Including bacteria enrichment, separation and purification of species, preliminary screeningand measuring the result of the bacteria's ability in 15~18℃. Separated 6 strains of ammonifier, nitrifierand denitrifier after many steps.The degradative efficiency are: AT1~54.27%,AT2~50.23 %,AT3~17.78%,AT4~16.89%,AS1~42.96%,AS2~13.52%,YXT1~78.41%,YXT2~38.34%,YXT6~72.36%,XT1~36.83%,YXS8~75.46%,XS4~31.79%,FXT1~85.2%,FXT2~47.4%,FXT3~30.65%,FXT4~87.09%,FXS17~42.31%,FXS19~32.18%. dentification was made for ammonifier AT1,AS1,AT2, nitrifier YXT1,YXT6,XT1 and denitrifierFXT1,FXT4 who had good effect. The result is: ammonifier AT1,AT2 belongs to Pseudomonasalcaligenes Monis, AS1 belongs to Micrococcus lutets Cohn; nitrifier YXT1 belongs to Nitrosomonaseuropaea Winogradsky, YXT6 belongs to Nitrosococcus nitrosus Buchanan, XT1 belongs to Nitrobacterwinogradskyi Winslow; denitrifier FXT1 belongs to Pseudomonas stutzeri Sojderius,FXT4 belongs toPropionibacterium acidi-propionici, Discussed the temperature and the quantity which affect the effect ofthe 8 strains. The result shows that the best temperature for the 8 stains is 15~20℃and the oecumenicalquantity is 20%.The 8 strains by sieve were used to the sample of waste water from JiLin DEDA corporation'ssewage farm. According to the curve the 8 strains' growth, defined the growing time of bacteria andmeasured the N,COD,BOD5. The result is that the degradation of nitrogen in waste water can reach92.35%, the degradation of BOD5 can be about 46.78% and the degradation of COD can reach 82.31%. |
