There are many equipments of the extensive usage in industry and agriculture production and in the daily life, such as heat exchanger, heating system, boiler, the millpond of motor vehicle etc. according to the inquisition, over 90% of which exists dirty contamination in varying degrees. Dirty of heat exchanger lowers the efficiency of heat transfer and increases the fluxion resistance, therefore resulting in a lot of loss of the economy. Dirty of heat exchanger is came into being in the momentum transfer, heat transfer, mass transfer about multiphase flow process, whose influence factor is numerous and often include the foundation theories knowledge of the many subject that relate to hydromechanics, heat transfer, chemical reaction, even chemical engineering dynamics, colloidal chemistry, statistical mechanics and surface science etc, so the study of dirty of heat exchanger is very complicated. So far, some pleased progress has been obtained, but the expectation target still is very faraway and the dirty of heat exchanger still is a key question of heat transfer that is not solved in deed.Chelating washing methods is a very good method that characterized by gentle reaction condition, convenient operation, no corrosion to equipment, broad scope of application etc. As to the common chelating detergent, their cleaning capability is very limitative and the cleaning solution mostly is decomposed difficultly, so this makes environmental pollution and their application is limited. The target of this topic lies in developing a kind of new chelating detergent, and makes a breakthrough in the applied aspect.This text adopts firstly three kinds of synthesis route to synthesize differently intermediateβ-mercaptopropionic acid prepared a new chelating agent carboxyalkylthiosuccinic acid. (1)acrylonitrile~thiourea route,(2)acrylonitrile~sodium hydrosulfide route, (3)acrylonitrile~sodium hydrosulfide~sulphur route. The reaction principle, reaction condition and reactive maneuverability of all the route are optimized and discussed in depth in order to obtain the best results. After analyzing these results, we gain the best synthesis route, namely acrylonitrile~sodium hydrosulfide~sulphur route. This method enhance yield of production remarkably, reaching over 80%. In addition, the method don't obvious limit of Industrial magnification, have obvious industrial value predominance, and is a economic and feasible industrial route.Secondly, intermediateβ-mercaptopropionic acid is used to synthesize chelating agent carboxyalkylthiosuccinic acid. After improving technology and optimizing reactive conditions, the best technologic condition is established. The product obtained via this method is certified correct, and its content can go over 99 percent. this is a economic and feasible industrial route.Finally, both the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment is used to filtrate the detergent makeup , and the result is analysized quantitatively and is made statistical treatment of data to discover ideal detergent component. The single factor experiment method is used to filtrate detergent component, such as chelating agent, restraining dirty dispersant, corrosion inhibitor, passivation reagent, etc. to ascertain the primary chelating agent, the secondary chelating agent, the other auxiliary materials, and study their action mechanism; the orthogonal experiment methods is used to examine the content of detergent component affecting cleaning action effect to ascertain the best detergent component content. In the end the reactive temperature and reactive time are examined according to cleaning effect to ascertain optimum technologic condition.The textual research result is upgraded product of the hydroxyacetic acid that is primary chelating in the present chelating detergent. The detergent possess very much trait, such as having very strong cleaning ability to clean average industrial water dirty, having no corrosion to equipment, being abe to clean dirty during the production, the washing solution having very strong bio-degradation capability, having less burthen of treatment of wastewater, being friendly towards environment, which has a bright future for application and extension.
