It is very important to study the behaviour and application of interface property in additive for acidizing, which improve the the quality and study the cleanup additive and anti-clay-swelling agent's mechanism deeply and roundly.Acorrding to study the afection of surface tension, interfacial tension and wettability for the flowback of the reacted acid at 30℃in 20%HCl.The experiment shows that when thesurface tension is 24mN/m,the flowback ration is 81.2%.,when the surface tension is constant,the contact angle from 42.5oto intermediate wettability,the flowback ration added 30%.The cleanup mechanism of fluorosurfactant is to decrease the surface tension, interfacial tension; the cleanup mechanism of organosilicon is to change the wettability; the cleanup mechanism of ampholytics cationics surfactant and non-ionic surfactant is the together effect of the low surface tension and changing the wettability.Acorrding to study the the effect of the Zeta value and wettability of the anti-swelling,The inorganic salt is to decrease the Zeta value to -10mV,only the dosage as high as 40g/L,the anti-swelling ration can get 90%, the cation monomer can reverse the Zeta. The anti-swelling effect of ETA is good, the dosage of 2g/L,it's anti-swelling raton is 80%.The anti-swelling mechanism of the organosilicon is to change the wettability; the anti-swelling mechanism of the cation monomer,cationic surfactant is the together effect of decreasing the Zeta value and changing the the wettability.The CH-1 which is composed of the cation monomer, non-ionic surfactant,fluorosurfactant and organosilicon has good ablity of flowback the actived acid and anti-swelling ration, At a dosage of 200 mg/L, the flowback ration is over 85%, At a dosage of 1%,the anti-swelling ration is over 85%, having good anti-temperature , having good compatibility with other additive.
