| Ultra-low invasive drilling fluid system is a new technology with many excellent performances using particular mechanism of surface chemistry. The system can prevent lost circulation, borehole collapse, differential pipe sticking and formation damage, using simply, environment friendly. Given the advantages of ultra-low invasive drilling fluid system, keeping in step with the latest technology development, we develop laboratory experiment research of ultra-low invasive drilling fluid systematically.On the basis of literature investigation, we research evaluation methods of ultra-low invasive drilling fluid and establish four test methods for ultra-low invasive drilling fluid. According to the mechanism characteristic of ultra-low invasive drilling fluid, we develop ultra-low invasive drilling fluid agents and compare with similar products at home and abroad. The main performances of new agent are better than that of similar products. By photomicroscope, granularity & electrical potential device, spectrophotometer and other experimental tools, we explore the action mechanism of ultra-low invasive drilling fluid. It can form sphere micelles, when becoming particular concentration,it can form tight micelle membrane. It can prevent loss, collapse and formation damage and the compatibility is good. The research results settle consistent base of carrying on the field test further and present important application value. |
