The oligomers of isobutene are important chemical middle products and can be used in the production of various active agents, plasticity agents and other additives. It is of great significance to research into the catalytic distillation process technology and catalyst of mixed C4 alkenes oligermerization both in utilizing the rich resources of C4 alkenes and in developing production process of fine chemicals. This paper mainly focuses on the following two aspects:Catalysts of mixed C4 alkenes oligermerization are prepared, within a fixed-bed high pressure microreactor, relationship between conversion of material, selectivity of destinative products and reaction time influenced by condition of molding(adhesion agent, form of molding and so on) is studied.Catalysts of mixed C4 alkenes oligermerization are prepared, within a fixed-bed high pressure microreactor, relationship between conversion of material, selectivity of destinative products and reaction time influenced by preparation condition(calcination temperature and time, the concentration of H2SO4 and NH3·H2O) and reaction condition(reaction temperature and pressure) is studied. Self-prepared catalyst is valued involved its activity, selectivity of destination production and life. Compared with the industrialized SiO2/Al2O3 catalyst, self-prepared catalyst has many advantages, for example low temperature, high activity and control easily.
