Fluorescein isothiocyanate was chosen as fluorescence tracer, and it was investigated that dissociation equilibrium of FITC in acid liquor and the influence of hydrogen ion concentration upon the fluorescence strength of FITC, the result indicated that fluorescence strength of FITC have good linear response to the concentration of hydrogen ion within certain scope, and can be used for the measurement of the hydrogen ion concentration. While the fluorescent analytical method was used to mensurate the total acidity of the oil acidizing fluids, it was investigated that all kinds of factors producing influence on the total acidity measurement , including the ratio of HCl and HF, the content of additive and the concentration of fluorescence etc. Finally the accurate and fast measurement of the total acidity of the oil acidizing fluids was realised.Organic glass cell was used successfully to make measurements of the concentration of HCl and HF in the oil acidizing fluids, the erosion of HF to quartz cell was avoided and the foundation was laid on measuring the concentration of component acid accuratelly and fast. The fluoro -quenching method of Alq3 was applied to mensurate the concentration of the HF, and was contrasted with fluorescent analytical method, it was confirmed that tracer fluorometry was feasible on measuring the concentration of component acid accuratelly and fast .On the foundation of accuratelly and fast measuring the concentration of hydrogen ion in acid solution by fluorometry, FITC was chosen as the optical sensitivity reagent and sheet glass as carrier, and paraffin embedding method and sol-gel process was adopted to prepare optical chemical hydrogen ion sensor. It was investigated that all kinds of preparation conditions producing influence on the quality and performan- ce of sensor, and was optimized that production craft of paraffin embedding method and sol-gel process. At the same time, paraffin embe- dding method was compared with sol-gel process, the sensor produced by sol-gel was characterized and evaluated, and the optimal responsive range of hydrogen concentration was confirmed. Studies showed that the surface of sensor produced by sol-gel was even and FITC was adhered hard to sensor, and fluorescence intensity had good linear response to hydrogen ion concentration in the range of 0.10mol.dm-30.40mol.dm-3.According to working principle of fluorescence spectrophotometer, the manufacture design of carry-home appraisal meter of acidizing fluids and fiber optical hydrogen ion sensor was put forward. It provided essential foundations and design for further instrument production.
