The demand of propylene derivates especially polypropylene is increasing rapidly, so the propylene is in great demand all over the world. Propylene is usually produced by the way of by products. Traditional methods of producing propylene can't satisfy the increasing demand, so it's necessary to exploit new technologies to produce more propylene.A new technology called TMP(TSR-Maximizing Propylene)which can increase propylene yield was exploited by other members formerly. This thesis is to optimize the feeding patterns of this new technology. The diesel oil is drawn out after reacting in the riser reactor of the first stage. Tt's different from other technologies on this point for TMP. On the other hand, every kind of gasoline component can be recycled in different styles according to different needs. So the quantity and quality of diesel oil and gasoline are both paid attention to.Both light gasoline and mixed C4 are very important feed stocks of maximizing propylene yield. A new try of combination feeding experiment was carried out using light gasoline, blending C4 and recycle oil in this dissertation on the base of TMP. When maximizing propylene yield, the yield of dry gas and coke can be reduced with this method. Moreover, the use factor of hydrogen is effectively increased and the selectivity of aim products is increased too.
