Temperature Controller is one of key parts in temperature control systems of heat treatment furnace. Apply advanced control technique to temperature controller of controllable gas furnace, which can effectively improve adjustable quality of temperature controller and heating quality of work piece.Aim of this design: controlled by temperature controller, temperature can be quickly, accurately and steadily adjusted during heating procedure. Namely, it can to be set temperature quickly without over modulation, oscillation and under-modulation.Whole design of system is based on advanced control theory and method. Design from two aspects. Temperature controller is designed on the base of PID control arithmetic and fuzzy control arithmetic. Moreover, we use Simulink to do dynamic emulation.The result indicates that General PID controller is simple and good at double location control. But it has a lot of defects, especially it poorly adaptability to environment. The controller based on fuzzy control arithmetic is better than the general PID. The adjustment parameter gained from fuzzy control arithmetic strongly adapts to environment and can realize better control result. The result gained from simulation shows that the fuzzy control arithmetic can realize better adjustable quality.
