Study the molecular characteristic structure and contour by the theory of the potential acting on an electron within a molecular (PAEM). hydrogen molecular approach the helium atom either along the hydrogen molecular bond axes or vertical the hydrogen molecular bond axes. The changes of radius and the electronic charge density which inner along the interaction line are both stronger than the other positions'. The changes of intrinsic characteristic contour, electronic charge density and ionization potential which on the critical point are stronger than the other positions'. Study kinds of molecular by analysis of topological structure. The number and type of critical points which can coexist in a system with a fincare-hope relationship. It's show that the nuclei are denoted by (R,S) as (3,+3), the bonds of molecular are denoted by (R,S) as (3,+1), the ring structure of molecular are denoted by (R,S) as (3,-1),while the cage structure of molecular are denoted by (R,S) as (3,-3).
