| As the developing of the petroleum and natural gas industry, the methane hydrate was discovered during the treatment and transportation process. It is obvious that the methane hydrate is harmful to the petroleum and natural gas industry. The methane hydrate can block up the flow conduit, even lead to explosion. It would seriously endanger the petroleum and natural gas industry and people's lives. Therefore it is scientific and partial value in examining basic characters of methane hydrate, how it forms and what measure should be taken against it.According to the character and configuration of the methane hydrate, we established the thermodynamic and dynamics models of one natural gas, two-members mixed gas and multiple-members mixed gas. Making use of the computer analogue and laboratory experiment, we analyzed the temperature and pressure of formation and decomposability of methane hydrate. We also analyzed the components of methane hydrate. At last we found out the chemical condition satisfying the formation of methane hydrate. We plotted the correlative phase diagrams of formation and decomposability of methane hydrate, too. Aiming at the conditions of formation of methane hydrate, we studied the mechanism of the inhibitor and the effect of inhibitor on the formation of methane hydrate. We compared the economy index of different inhibitors. At last we found out the compatible inhibitor to prevent the formation of methane hydrate during the petroleum and natural gas production. According to our research result and combing the fact of the natural gas production, we put forward the method dealing with the methane hydrate safely during the natural gas production. |
