Academic Research Of Drill Stem Failure In Deep Well

During the exploitation of deep oil and gas in the oilfield, it is necessary and urgent to solve the problem oflower drilling speed. The frequent drill stem failures were very important reasons for this phenomenon inthe oilfield after investigating. Based on the repeatedly theory and experimental study, the reasons of drillstem failure in deep well have been discovered by analyzing its influential factors. Vibration analysismechanics model of BHA has been established and the corresponding software has also been compiled.The stress analysis of the drill stem joint characteristic has been carried on and the drill bit vibration testanalysis has been completed. At last, the precautionary measures which based on the analytical results hasbeen proposed in this article.
