The technology of filtration in is considered an good item to improve comminution efficiency and increase cement output of tumbling mill, It has widespread application prospect. Because the application of separate device, the material comminution in tumbling mill hastens reasonably. Because lack the essential theory instruction, when install separate device, generally only can determine installment position the separate device by technical personnel's experience. But various comminution system has different condition, so frequently the installment of separate device not only not to be able to enhance the output, instead has brought the material impeded negative function in mills. This influences the application success ratio of the technology of filtration, and restricts its widespread application. In addition, the core equipment of the technology is not an acme of perfection, also needs the further research and improvement, so can enable it to have the higher screening efficiency. Therefore installment position and the structure pattern of separate are the two essential of filtration technology.The main content of this article is aims at the fundamental research on installment position of separate device and the practice confirmation, in addition, we also analyzed the screening mechanism and screening process of separate device, then has proposed improved structure program of separate device. Specifically It can be divided the following three aspects:First, unifies the classical method of comminution—sieve -odd curve analytical method and the traditional dynamics of comminution, to studies and infers the mathematical model of comminution speed based on the separate device installment of tumbling mill. Namely take the traditional dynamics of comminution as the foundation, through gradually infers, obtains mathematical relation of the rate of sieve -odd change along the length direction of tumbling mill, to establishes the new speed model of powder comminution, and based on the above model we studied the rationality of comminution parameter of tumbling mills, and using this model establish concrete solution method of reasonable installment position about separate device.Second, we apply the above method in project practice, has carried on the confirmation to its practical application effect, finally has proven this theoretical model accuracy and the usability.Third, analyzed the screening mechanism and screening process of separate device, then has proposed improved structure program of separate device. Then put forward new concept—screening work area, the screening effect separate device passed through in this region directly to affect the separate device's screening efficiency. So proposed improvement program of the structure, after the union work schematic drawing of improved separate device to forecast the sieved effect to be improved in the screening work area, the screening performance had been enhanced.
