The thesis was mainly focused on the synthesis and synthetic methods ofimidazole, chromene, triazine, isoquinolin derivatives and divided into five sectionsbased on the contents.The first chapter introduced the research progress of fused heterocycliccompounds, the object and approach of green synthesis and the multi-componentreactions.In the second chapter, followed the principle of "atom economy". Twelvetetrasubstituted imidazole derivatives were obtained via a four-components reactionof benzil, aromatic aldehydes, primary amines and ammonium acetate. The bestreaction condition was using CAN as catalyst, under microwave irradiation andsolventless.Nine new benzo [h] chromene derivatives were synthesized by one-pot of2-cyanomethyl-1,3-benzothiazole, aromatic aldehydes andα-naphthol in the thirdchapter. Many experiments were carried out to choose the best reaction condition,such as changing the solvents, temperatures, catalysts and using microwaveirradiation. In contrast to the traditional synthetic method, the same products wereobtained under the microwave radiation with shorter reaction time and higher yield.In the forth chapter, bis(5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-ylthio) ethane (propane, butaneand pentane) (1a-d) were synthesized by (5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)thiol anddibromoalkanes, the intermediate (1d) was oxidated in the presence of MCPBA togive bis(5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-ylsulfonyl) pentane(2), the latter reacted with1-cyclohexenylpiperidine to obtain bis-isoquinolin derivatives by Diels-Alder reaction.In the fifth chapter, a series of 4-amino-6-arylmethyl-3-((5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-phenyl) methylene)-1,2,4-triazin-5-ones were obtained by 4-amino-6-arylmethyl-3-mercapto- 1,2,4-triazin-5-ones and 2-chloromethyl-5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles using mixed solvent (methanol:water=1:1). Finally, 4-amino-6-arylmethyl-3-((5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-phenyl)methylene)-1,2,4-triazin-5-oneswere cyclized under the condition of acetic acid and anhydrous sodium acetate toobtain eight title compounds containing Triazole, triazine and thiadiazine.The structures of all products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy,some of them were determined by 13C NMR spectra and MS analysis. The absolutestructures of three compounds were confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffractionanalysis. And a reasonable reaction mechanism was suggested. At the same time,some novel synthetic methods of some heterocyclic compounds containing-nitrogenwere provided in this paper.
