The high Cr cast iron hardfacing alloy is very much fit for resisting low stressparticle abrasion, the excellent abrasion resistance has closed connection with themicrostructure itself。The article hardfaced super high C and Cr hardfacing flux-coredwires with auto submerged arc welding application to systematically research andanalysis hardfacing alloys' microstructures and hardness。Mainly, analysised and gotthe elements of the hardfacing alloys; analysised the microstructures of the hardfacingalloys and got the area percentage of the primary carbide, the shape of themicrostructures,the way for distribution,the microzone elements analysis resultementof primary carbide and eutectic carbide under different content of C and Cr;analysised the hardness of the hardfacing layers。Through analysising the datas, the results showed that:under the content of C atabout 4%~6.5%and the content of Cr at about 20%~40%, the style of the primarycarbide and the eutectic carbide in the microstructures of the hardfacing alloys wereboth (Cr, Fe)7C3。With the increasing of the content of C, the rule degree of theprimary increased, the distribution of the primary carbide was more and more rulerand when the content C was at 6.0%and the content of Cr was at 40%, thedistribution showed anisotropy and the rsearch showed that the tissue was best in allthe hardfacing alloys under these elements, when the content of C was at about 6.5%or above,the primary carbide connected to be sheet.With the increasing of the contentof C, the area percentage of the primary carbide increased, the hardness of the hardfcing layers rapidly increased and the increasing mode was basically linear。Withthe increasing of the content of Cr,the microzone content of Cr in primary carbideincreased, the mode was linear; but,holding up the content of Cr with the increaing ofthe content of C, the microzone content of Cr reduced。...
