With the development of stockbreeding industry, the number of large-scale and intensivebreeding farm increase. Production of animal manure has become a social and environmental issue.Pollution of breeding become a big problem. Anaerobia digestion have capability of treating highconcentrate organic wastewater and produc biogas, Anaerobic can turn animal manure to energysources. But, there is prohibitive phenomena in digestion of chicken manure. So, mix chickenmanure with pig manure in anaerobic digestion.In this thesis three aspects are studied. The first one is the capability of anaerobic digestion onpig manure, chicken manure and mixture of pig and chiken manure at 25℃. The second one is thecapability of anaerobic digestion on pig manure, chicken manure and mixture of pig and chikenmanure at 30℃. The last one is the capability of anaerobic digestion on pig manure, chickenmanure and mixture of pig and chiken manure at 35℃.The effect of factors on the index is analysed. The following conclusions are achieved.1. The capability of anaerobic digestion on pig manure, chicken manure and mixture of pig andchiken manure at 25℃. The results indicate that pH of chicken manure below 6.00 after the 6th dayof anaerobic digestion, and restrain the gas production, the 30 days' removal of COD are 15.23%.The pH of pig manure have a steady performance, and accord with the phasic theory of anaerobicdigestion. Change of daily gas production is smooth, and total gas production is 37680.00ml. the 30days' removal of COD are 42.10%; PH of equal ratio manure accord with the phasic theory ofanaerobic digestion, daily gas production is smooth, total gas production is 19670.00ml, the 30days' removal of COD are 43.52%; Capability of anaerobic digestion on 2:1 ratio manure is well,pH accord with the phasic theory of anaerobic digestion, total gas production is 32043.33ml, the 30days' removal of COD are 40.53%. The results indicated chicken manure is failed in anaerobicdigestion. Mixed chicken manure with pig manure can change phenomena of chicken manure failedin anaerobic digestion.2. The capability of anaerobic digestion on pig manure, chicken manure and mixture of pig andchiken manure at 30℃, The results indicate that pH of chicken manure accord with the phasictheory of anaerobic digestion, daily gas production is low but smooth, total gas production is27260.00ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are 33.61%; PH of pig manure is smooth and accordwith the phasic theory of anaerobic digestion, daily gas production is smooth, total gas production is 50766.67ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are 45.57%; PH of equal ratio manure accord with thephasic theory of anaerobic digestion, daily gas production is smooth, total gas production is47546.67ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are 45.25%; PH of 2:1 manure accord with the phasictheory of anaerobic digestion, total gas production is 46043.33ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are43.79%. The results indicated chicken manure is failed in anaerobic digestion. Mixed chickenmanure with pig manure can improve the capability of anaerobic digestion on chicken manure.3. The capability of anaerobic digestion on pig manure, chicken manure and mixture of pig andchiken manure at 30℃, The results indicate that pH of chicken manure accord with the phasictheory of anaerobic digestion, total gas production is 33463.33ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are31.95%; PH of pig manure accord with the phasic theory of anaerobic digestion, daily gasproduction is smooth, total gas production is 41460.00ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are 42.39%;pH of equal ratio manure accord with the phasic theory of anaerobic digestion, daily gas productionis smooth, total gas production is 49433.33ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are 45.94%; PH of 2:1ratio manure accord with the phasic theory of anaerobic digestion, total gas production is48460.00ml, the 30 days' removal of COD are 43.13%. The results indicated chicken manure isfailed in anaerobic digestion. Mixed chicken manure with pig manure can improve the capability ofanaerobic digestion on chicken manure.4. Compare with different mixing ratio of pig and chicken manure, The capability of anareobicdigestion on chicken manure is bad, The capability of anaerobic digestion on pig manure is well.The capality of anaerobic digestion on mixture of pig manure and chicken manure are placed in themiddle, and the capality of anaerobic digestion is increase with the ratio of pig manure in mixture.5. Compare with different temperature of anaerobic digestion, the capality of anaerobicdigestion at 30℃is higher than the one at 25℃, the capality of anaerobic digestion at 35℃ishigher than the one at 30℃, but finite, Considering that it is need additional energy to keeptemperatur at 35℃, 30℃is the best temperature in anaerobic digestion.
