It is an effective way to exploit low permeability reservoir, difficult-to-produce reserves and remaining oils with complex wells. This paper develop a new method—segmentable method, and set up three-dimensional fluid flow physical and mathematical model of reservoir, and develop a systems approach for fluids rate forecast of complex composition well which consider the effect of pressure drip in bore hole and three-dimensional fluid flow of reservoir, and give the fluids rate forecast models of complex composition well which is ordinary. Programing and using advanced software of numerical reservoir simulation rightful, making dynamic and static data closely matching, paying attention to well-set and fine description of basic geological information. This paper select Jing 17 block as study block. According to the oil layer develop condition and remaining oil distribution, choose the production position, branch well, the direction and length of horizontal section, and do fluid rate forecast with the software of complex well, and do economic evaluation for the plan, and optimize the project by effective with high level principle, and propose strict implement request according to the character of low permeability and high pour point crude reservoir.
