In chemical industry epoxy propane waste water by chlorohydrin method has the characteristics with high SS, high COD, high pH, and high oxygen content. It is a kind of industry waste water which is difficult to degrade. If it isn't treated before drained into water body ,it will cause the pollution, the destruction ecological balance, and also creates the massive water resources waste.In view of measuring up the second national standards level for wastewater drain , this dissertation developed and designed a new wastewater installment to treat the sewage of 60,000 tons/year epoxy propane plant. After summarizing the domestic and foreign references and analyzing the present epoxy propane wastewater treatment process of Binghua Group , this dissertation proposed a new process consisting of deep well aeration section and contact oxidation section for high salinity epoxy propane wastewater treatment. This wastewater treatment process has the advantages of easyoperation, high elimination rate and steady treatment ability. This process provided an effective technical route for epoxy propane saponified waste water processing.
