The problems of proppant discharge of polymer flooding oil wells affect fracture effect and production benefit of oil wells. The mathematical models of stability for proppant packing formation were established under the homogeneous packed pattern of the proppants in the hydraulic fracture, which can provide the study foundation of proppant discharge mechanism. The comprehensive judgment models of proppant discharge prediction and operation effect evaluation were established by using the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the second degree polynomial regression. And the software was programed which provided an effective tool for the proppant discharge prediction and control. The calculation and comparison results showed that the proppant discharge models had higher precision. The coincidence rates of the oil wells were all bigger than 80.55%, The coincidence rates of the oil wells of the effective of prevention were higher than 96.46%, the coincidence rates of the sanding oil wells were higher than 87.5%. According to application verification in the First Oil Production Plant of Daqing, the coincidence rates of three methods in the oil wells were higher than 84.38%; and the coincidence rates of the effective of prevention of the oil wells were both 100%. The study can meet the need of the stability analysis for proppant packing formation and provides guide for the application of sand control measures in hydraulically fracture wells.
