| The perforated completion is the most common type in completion system, of which the level directly and greatly affects the output of oil and gas well. In this paper, the reasonable selection method of completion type and various factors affecting flow potential of perforated completion are introduced. Through deep research on mechanism of perforated completion's effect on output, the rule of perforation parameter's effect on output is discovered and the recognition on perforation's effect on output is improved. The key point of perforation technology selection is summarized and the method of negative pressure calculation is discussed in this paper. In accordance with the existing theory, a new method on calculation of decreased value of perforated casing strength is proposed, and is tested to be correct by results calculated by ANSYS. In accordance with the existing completion decision theory, perforating negative pressure design theory, perforating deliverability calculation theory, productivity ratio calculation theory and the after-perforation casing damage theory, the perforation optimization software is designed by virtue of Visual Basic 6.0 on Windows platform, the correctness of which is tested and is proved to be practical. The software consists of six major modules, is easy to operate and can provide technical instructions and support for perforation practices. |
