With the rise of the information technology industry Research and development (R&D)of Information System has received extensive attention from all walks of life. Thecorresponding network platform experienced the evolution that is from terminal/mainframeto client/server, and the approach for the data collection, storage, processing and transmissionalso evaluated from centralized to distributed, from closed to open.Production safety in coal mines is the basis and guarantee of the sustainable developmentof Coal Economy. Mine Scheduling Management plays the role of organization, command andforecast in coal mine production, Therefore, strengthening the information construction of coalmine, establishing Mine Scheduling Management Information System, and managing MineScheduling information reasonably and effectively are of far-reaching significance toproduction safety in coal mines. In view, this paper, on the basis of introducing the presentsituation of domestic and foreign production scheduling management, summarizedsystematically the exist problems in the current process of the coal mine production scheduling,and proposed the corresponding solutions., To sum up, there are following several main points.(1) Analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the system architectureof current B/S & C/S, and then proposing ideas about B/S structure Design of the system.(2) Using the method of WEBGIS combining Web Service technology to develop MineProduction Management Information System and realize distributed data management(3) Researching the use of Cell in B/S structure and using it to statistic & analyze coalproduction targets and form daily production scheduling and statistical reports.(4) Through researching WEBGIS technology and its construction method, proposing touse ActiveX to realize WEBGIS, and realizing the client operating of vector graphics files byembedding client graphics.
