Based on the analysis of actual Chinese coal winning machine condition, the paper represents the necessity of designing small coal winning machine. The 102 type machine we designed has been used by Antai colliery which located in Shuangyashan Heilungkiang province. The paper introduces the electrical control system. How to carry out putting transducer outside of the coal winning machine and keep its performance is the key technology of this design. There are three problems were major studied. The first one is the analysis of how to reduce transducer's pollution to power line and circumjacent equipment. In this part, the particular ways of keep away pollution are discussed. The analysis and realization of transducer's driving electromotor through long power cable is the second one. The resonance and common mode voltage are introduced. The last one is the monitoring of coal winning machine which moving in working face to transducer which located in sublevel. Four blue prints which include carrier wave, CAN field bus, line control and modem are compared. At the same time, the ultimate system used CAN field bus is introduced.At the end of this paper, we explain the problems we discovered during locale debugging and practically application, and give the way out. Finally, on basis of the summarization of the research of the research work in this paper, further research and investigation on the designing of small coal winning machine are discussed.
