| The rapid expand of firm service region, with the shortening of service time demanded by consumer and the increase of CNC equipment complexity, calls for new approving service measures to maintain customer satisfaction. The rapid development of Internet technology is an available approach to meet remote fault diagnosis and service of CNC equipment. On the basis of analyzing currency and reconfiguration of remote fault diagnosis and service platform of CNC equipment, that is the structure model and fault diagnosis system's reconfiguration of service platform is introduced in this paper.On the basis of studying remote diagnosis and service of CNC equipment, the thought of CNC equipment's remote diagnosis and service platform is brought forward. The structure model of service platform is provided.After researched key modulus of CNC equipment's remote diagnosis and service platform, that is key modulus'design and implementing technology is detailed described.On the basis of currency and reconfiguration of CNC equipment's remote diagnosis and service platform, the reconfigurable fault diagnosis system is made up of modulus. The key technology of fault diagnosis system's reconfiguration is provided. The reconfiguration and course of fault diagnosis system is shown.At last, the running environment of the whole service platform and several examples are introduced, some problems and the future development directions of the service platform are discussed after summarizing foregoing work, and some tentative ideas on the future development of the service platform are also provided. |
