The discharge in mixture has been applied in many fields, such as environment pollution treatment, biomedicine, chemistry and so on. There is a common basic problem which must be resolved. It is that rule, characteristic and influence factors about mixture discharge must be proved up. This paper emphasizes particularly on an important factor about mixture discharge, which is discharge in a two-phase mixture of gas and solid particles. A series of experiment research is carried into execution, including experiment about U50 in two-phase mixture on rod-plane gap and Lightning Impulse, experiment about direct corona discharge in two-phase mixture and experiment about paddy disposal by discharge in two-phase mixture.In order to form a kind of two-phase mixture, the experiment design a circulatory standard discharge equipment in two-phase mixture that diameter is 400cm. In order to observe feeble light from corona discharge, the experiment build up a system which use UV imaging instrument to observe discharge phenomenon.The experiment about U50 in two-phase mixture on rod-plane gap and Lightning Impulse research some influence factor about U50, such as polarity, volume ratio, particular number and permittivity. The result shows that U50 of positive is lower by 30%-50% than that of negative obviously. When solids particles exist in the clearance of discharge, U50 of positive and negative will decrease. Compared with U50 in air, U50 of negative decrease about 5%-30% and U50 of positive decrease about 3%. The descendent scope of breakdown voltage in two-phase mixture augments when volume ratio, particular number and permittivity decrease. The experiment also research breakdown time. The deference about breakdown time between two-phase mixture and air isn't obvious at positive polarity. The breakdown time in two-phase mixture is shorter than that in air at negative polarity. The shortest time can curtail by 15%.The experiment about corona current in two-phase mixture research the influence about permittivity and volume ratio to corona current, and use UV imaging instrument to observe discharge phenomenon. The result shows that the difference of corona current isn't obvious at positive and negative polarity when the same particular exists in same volume ratio. The corona current decreases when volume ratio and permittivity of solid particles increases. The smallest current is lower than 1μA.The discharge about paddy shows that disposal time, voltage and discharge gap influence the disposal effect of superficial bacteria number. The disposal time is longer and voltage is higher, the effect is better. When disposal time reach 60s and voltage reach 25kV, the sterilization ratio can reach 99%. But germinate ratio, subsistence ability and conductance change little when it is discharged. It will not make influence to quality of paddy.
