Pollutants discharging characteristics and sediments in sewer have been studied with experiments and investigation. Wash off law of sewer sediments is deduced from current's sand carry capacity theory. With the storm water management model as a tool, simulation model have been built for pollution discharge analysis. Factors impact first flush effects are illustrated, such as rainfall intensity, peak intensity position, rainfall duration, initial pollution load, etc. Several province capital city annual pollution loads have been studied with average annual rainfall as input data. Pollution load calculate methods have been defined, and pollution load from different derange system have been compared, resulting in several distinguish graph. Water quality volume method is introduced, and design rainfall of Chinese cities is present, non-point source pollution control facility and technologies are discussed. Source controls, collection system controls, storage technologies, treatment technologies are also introduced for CSO control.
