Diesel sulfur content of our country is much higher than in Western developed countries. In the face of the standard of low sulfur diesel oil is becoming more stringent, people should be committed to developing variety of desulfurization methods. Hydrodesulfurization requires large investment, high operation cost, and severe operation conditions, which leads to higher prices of the cost of diesel oil. It holds that oxidation desulfurization of diesel oil would become the main technique to produce ultra low sulfur diesel. Adding catalyst conduce to improving diesel oxidative desulfurization rate.Heteropoly acid compounds characterized both oxidation and reduction, besides the less environmental pollution, so, to which is be paid more and more attention in catalysis field. This article synthesized 12-molybdophosphoric heteropoly acid, a serials of molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly acid and three kinds of lanthanum molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly ammonium salt with Keggin type, using traditional acidification-aether or degradation. Their synthesis conditions were discussed and their structure were characterized by TG - DSC, FT-IR and XRD.Desulfurization of 0# diesel with a self-made heteropoly compound as catalyst, hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, methanol as extraction solvent. The results showed that adding molybdophosphoric heteropoly componds as catalyzer conduce to increasing desulfurization rate, which indicate that 12-molybdophosphoric heteropoly acid catalyzed desulfurization of 0# diesel. In the same conditions, the catalytic performance of lanthanum molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly ammonium salt is best, molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly acid is bettter, and molybdophosphoric heteropoly acid were minimal. La(V2)2 is the best catalyzer of lanthanum molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly ammonium salt in oxidative desulfurization of 0# diesel, of which desulfurization rate is 65.63%. HPA-2 is the best catalyzer of molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly acid, of which desulfurization rate is 52.81%. Switching to H2O2 -peracetic acid mixture (1:1) as the oxidant , in the same conditions, the results proved that oxidizability of H2O2-peracetic is higher than H2O2.Desulfurization rate effected by reaction time, temperature and the ratio of oil and extractant. Impact sequence from big order followed by ratio of oil and extractant, reaction time and temperature. The kinds of extractant also effected desulfurization rate . The extraction results of ethanediamine is better than methanol.Given the factor of the oxidative desulfurization of diesel is complex, of which this article discussed several factor.
