Our country sulfuric acid output occupies world third, and this has rise a series of environment problem. However only has 10% cinder to use in industries and so on cement making the assistance raw material approximately. Not only the use factor is low, but also the product added value is also low, limiting the large-scale reusing of pyrite cinders. If we could comprehensive use the pyrite cinders beneficial ingredient, not only might use national resources again, enhance the enterprise benefit, but also could solve the environment problem, therefore had the vital practical significance.Commonly produces the It sulfuric acid to be able generally to produce 0.8t to cinder, our country discharges 12,000,000 t pyrite cinder approximately every year. The high contents of iron is the reusing basis of pyrite cinders. If we could draw the iron ingredient from the pyrite cinders, It could produce vital economic effect and environmental effect.Iron blue is low-cost blue pigment. Plenty of iron blue has been used in the chemical industry such as coating material and printing ink. iron blue in the common solution such as coating material and printing ink has no bleeding phenomenon, and when using in printing ink it has prefect color and function. From it is discovered in 1704 ,its field of research is expanded from itself to its derivative. And the field of application vary from using in dye to dealing with waste water and so on. Prussian Bure and its derivative have good prefect stability, and have good prospect in the field of secondary battery and other field.The theme of this research is utilizing pyrite cinder, from sulfuric acid plant in Wu Gang aurum mountain, as a raw material to prepare iron blue, and adopt the preparation process flow of copperas of Prof. Chen. The theme of this research is utilizing pyrite cinder, from sulfuric acid plant in Wu Gang aurum mountain, as a raw material to prepare iron blue. The main target is to ascertain the most optimal preparation condition and probes into the method of improving the iron blue product of dispersion degree, in order to achieve the valuable utilization of pyrite cinder. This research improve the tradition technological process, shorten oxidize time, improve the disperse of iron blue, and improve the economic value. The result shows that oxidize time is shorted from 180min to 140min with KClO3 and MnO2. The equivalent circle diameter decrease from 12.7um to 7.7μm, improve the dispersity of iron blue. This research provide the good foundation for the pyrite cinder wide spread use, has achieved the waste circulation using goal. Each index of the iron blue prepared in this research achieves national standard GB1860-88.The total iron content also arrives at ISO2495-1995 standard. Consequently, the finding indicates that utilizing pyrite cinder to prepare iron blue not only can arrives at the aim of environment protection, but also benefits to the coordination and sustainable development of economy, resource.
