The pollution of water environment has become one of the important environmental problems in the whole world. Aquatic ecosystem rehabilitation and reestablishment for polluted water body has become the imperious requirement of the social economy development and the ecological environment construction. Ecological rehabilitation for polluted water body conforms to the fundamental realities of our country. As the important technology of ecological rehabilitation, the modular mattress microcosm constructs special and temporal structure of species and nutrition by using the artificial design , consummates biologic, ecological redundancy coordination structure by using the individual plan , firstly facilitates it to form the ecological position in the biological adverse circumstance and the relatively independent stable physical structure function unit and repair mechanism , enhances productive forces of the system by the feedback function about the biology and the habitat, guarantees consistency between ecosystem restores and natural succession dynamic process, realizes overall object of the restoration on water ecosystem function through the formalization transfer and the unit radiate.This thesis is supported by the fund of"Demonstrative engineering research on city water environment and water resources protection"which is the significant science and technology project of Tianjin Science And Technology Commission. It is started with the controllable factors that influence blocking mattress microcosm, and then every factor's influence to TP,TN,CODcr removal in eutrophication wastewater body. Because there are too many factors and levels, the orthogonal experiment are used to compound the various factors for quantity analysis. The main concludes are as follows:Whatever in the static test or in the dynamic one, the best mattress combination is A1B1C2 which includes the figuline granule bed , the shale substrate, the mixed aquatic plants such as Iris pseudoacorus and Monochoria korsakowii. In the static test under the best condition 78% of TP can be removed, and the various ranges is between±1.78717; 67% of TN can be removed, and the various ranges is between±3.25929; 39% of CODcr can be removed, and the various ranges is between±2.26548. In the same time in the dynamic test the best Mattress Blocking can remove 40% of TP, the alterable area is±1.16556; 26% of TN, the alterable area is±1.21179; 17% of CODcr, the alterable area is±1.40530. The reliability is up to 95%.The result can be referenced when it is put into practice. Based on the best combination and the removal efficiency of all index in the static and dynamic test, it can be included that the treatment capability of the mattress microcosm pertime , which is 11.22219 g/(m~2·d) of TP , 63.84556 g/(m~2·d) of TN ,262.62214 g/(m~2·d) of CODcr.The result indicates that the modular mattress technology has played a good part in the removal efficiency of TP,TN,CODcr in the waste water body. It is a treatment technology with low cost,operating easily,high efficiency, adapts to the fundamental realities of our country, especially conforms to ecological rehabilitation of the slow water body in the city, and will do better in the practical area.
