The environment, as well as human health, has been suffering damage by metal-bearing wastewater. This situation makes it urgent to find effective ways to wipe off manifold heavy metal ions from wastewater before it is drained and control of the secondary pollution to the precipitate. In this paper, the methods eliminating contamination from wastewater which contain heavy metal ions plumbum, zincum and cadmium named ferrite is used in treatment of wastewater containing heavy metals, to confirm the optimum processing condition of the technics. In this paper, first confirm process parameters which affect chemical coprecipitation method-ferrite: pH,F e 3+ / Fe2+,F e 2+ /M and assembly time. Then we establish priorities of the condition which is the kind of element affect to the experimentation norm, found the optimum processing condition of the technics of the experimentation norm. In this paper, finally confirmed that the pH value is the most important factor in the influence of the treatment waste water containing heavy metal such as plumbum, zincum and cadmium. When the pH value is 10, the processing effect is the best. The removal efficiency is more than percentage 95. the assembly time is the most unimportance factor of the all processing condition of the technics. According to the results of the test, we found when the pH value is 10, the processing effect is the best. The removal is above 95%. It's advantage lies in that through the effect of enwrap and carrying, heavy metal ions enter the crystal lattice of ferrite and form complex ferrite .Because the ferrite can dissolve neither in the water nor in the acid, alkali and salt solution, so the heavy metal ions will not lixiviate. In this paper, aim at the prominent feature of the chemical coprecipitation-ferrite method, the prominent feature is the serviceability and purge of the sediment, we analysed X-ray diffraction analysis and waste-Extraction procedure for leaching toxicity of the sediment. we gained the conclusion that the sediment is the stabilization Ferrites with spinel type structure by X-ray diffraction pattern, the sediment which obtained by chemical coprecipitation-ferrite method is stabilization by analysed waste-Extraction procedure for leaching toxicity of the sediment, and the stabilization sediment never dissolved by acid and alkali. The result of the test indicate that the method is efficiency.
