With the economic development in our country, the quality of landscape water, especial for small scale is becaming worse and worse. World Expo 2010 will be held in Shanghai, water will be the carrier of its spirit. According to the situation that N and P concentration are high in water which has leaded to the eutrophication and the disadvantage of P removal for usual treatment technology, we do the experimental research on micro-flocculation for P enhanced removal by BAC, which has practical meaning for solving water euthrophication problem and maintaining beautiful water landscape. Meanwhile, analyzing the environment affection on human comfortable in lakeside area can be useful for reference in creating and designing comfortable outdoor environment in Expo.Based on investigation on small man-made landscape water quality in Shanghai, the result shows: water quality has arrived the level of euthrophication and the proportion of COD, P, N, chlorophyll a which has arrived the level of highly euthrophication separately is 92.9%, 50%, 85.7% and 14.3%.We apply BAC process to treat landscape water in Univeristy campus and do micro- flocculation for P enhanced removal experiment on the basis of poor removal efficiency of BAC. The result shows: the removal efficiency for COD, NH3-N, TN, TP, chlorophyll of the whole process can research 36%, 72%, 20%, 60%, 74% and except TN, other indexes can meet the requirement for IV water.We measure the temperature and humidity in lakeside area, analyzing the effect on temperature and humidity by every kind of influencing elements. The result shows: water, plants and wind can help to reduce the temperature and increase the humidity in the air. With apart from the water, the effect of water becomes weaker while that of plants becomes more obvious. We set the evaluation model for human comfort based on combining water principle of temperature reducing and humidity increasing between with torridity index formula. Under certain condition, the calculating result shows: in lakeside area without plants, people will feel more comfortable when 10 to 12 meters far from water and when in green lakeside, the more comfortable area will be 14 meters far away water.
