NC-economic system generally because of system hardware and software resources constraints limited functions , but with the IC technology and the development of computer technology, the optimization algorithm, high-cost performance with the NC system development. The thesis studies the system controller is Dalian Machine Tool for the development of the R & D needs of the market to cheap ARM chip as the core and the use of its rich resources of the hardware and software resources of a common structure, customization and reduction of functional CNC machine control core.The thesis study on the CNC system based on chipness ARM core processor LPC213X series single-chip and put forward interface circuit scheme of CNC system which marked out by research target based on make full use of the resource of LPC213X series single-chip and analyse API of system.In this thesis, the core technology of CNC machine-interpolation algorithm for discussion interpolation of crude after the digital signal for the second volume of interpolator to enhance accuracy. Software interpolation of crude uses data sampling method. Interpolator in part through the 8254-frequency linear interpolation realization of the sub-precision interpolation to achieve results.In CNC system,in order to avoid impact, asynchronization,over-travel,vibrate.Etc.We must practice the acceleration/deceleration control. Adopted under the same conditions of linear acceleration and deceleration control and S curve acceleration and deceleration control strategy, the former reached less time-consuming, the latter at the starting point, destination and turning point Agency reflect the impact of weak conclusion.
