Elementary substance and mercury salt nano-materials have excellent performances and can be used in electromagnetic components, electro-optical equipment, electrochemical, catalytic materials, biochemical analysis, bionic engineering. This dissertation did much work about the preparation of elementary substance and mercurate nanocrystalline materials via living bio-membrane and supported liquid membrane under intersection of nanotech and biotech. We also have a preliminary exploration of the preparation of metal nanomaterials by high-speed centrifugal sedimentation method .Firstly, we did further modification on the bio-membrane template .Hg2Cl2 micro/nano-spheres and HgS nanoparticles were simultaneously synthesized via supporting liquid membrane (SLM) system with bio-membrane. The two different types of mercury salt were grown on the two sides of the membrane respectively, because selective transport of metal ions across liquid membrane can be achieved by using vector molecular with recognition groups.In addition, The morphology of HgS crystal was controlled by bionic reaction system which was composed of the intraepidermal membrane of inion bulb .Base on the result above, intraepidermal membrane of inion bulb and egg were used as living bio-membrane template, nonmetals such as selenium and sulfur nanomaterials were fabricated, The morphologes and structures of products and their optical properties were characterized. The results suggested that the products of selenium displayed nano property. The various factors such as raw materials, reaction time, concentration , the distribution of organic functional groups and the structure of the bio-membrane ,etc. were discussed. Summing up the experiments, the possible formation mechanism was proposed respectively, which will set the base for the future research.Finally, inspired by the principle of centrifugal sedimentation,the experimental high-speed centrifuges was used to build reaction vessel and super-gravity field in order to influnce the chemical reaction. The iron-series noncrystalline nano-materials were successfully prepared in the super-gravity field.this presents a new idea for the preparation of elementary substance nano-materials.
