| In this paper, the idea that UV curable varnish is used as grating material in three dimensional printing has been developed based on the current situation of printing, UV curable varnish used to three dimensional printing has been studied, and the corresponding grating molding process has been explored. In experiments, UV curable varnish was coated by different process, and the results were compared, then how the coating process affected on the thickness and surface effect of film was studied. In the process of preparing UV curable varnish, the properties of UV curable varnish such as the curing rate, flexibility, gloss, the shrinkage rate and adhesion were tested, then how the ingredients affected the curing performance and cured film performance were analyzed. According to the problem of current evaluation methods of flexibility, a new evaluation method that using stress-strain curve and elongation at break to evaluate the film flexibility was developed.The results indicate that different coating processes make different coating effects. Photo-initiator affects curing rate greatly, the best photo-initiator is 184, and the best content is 6%. The kind of pre-polymer and the functional of monomer affect the curing rate, flexibility, gloss, the shrinkage rate and adhesion of UV curable varnish. The method of stress-strain curve and elongation at break can evaluate the film flexibility, and also can evaluate the plastic film. Stamp molding process and wet paste molding process are two methods that UV curable varnish is used as grating material in three dimensional printing, and are feasible.UV curable varnish is used as grating material in three dimensional printing, it breaks the situation that traditional three dimensional printing can only have the overall grating effect, and achieves partial three dimensional printing, and is an innovation in printing technology. |
