Polyurethane elastomer(short for PUE), which of its property is between rubber and plastic. PUE not only own the property of high elasticity and high strength, but also its abradability, especially the biologic and blood compatibility. Meanwhile, PUE has other property, such as oil resistivity, shockproof, low temperature resistance, resistance to ozon, radioresistance, insulation and so on. In the industry of polyurethane, though the production of PUE is low, it has great varieties, and its processing has a lot of ways, PUE can use in any kind of field.However, the rate of shrinkage of costing polyurethane elastomer(short for CPUE) is vary and can't be controlled. Therefore, analyze the reason why PUE will shrink is very important for the model design of CPUE.According to the tradition measurement method, research the factors that effecting the shrinkage of CPUE, analyze why all of factors effect its shrinkage, and give the best answer for the shrinkage of CPUE.With the developing of modern science and technology, it calls for better and better material properties. In order to satisfy the different properties, purpose and cost, the modified of PUE is also developing rapidly. The study was designed to add the weigh of graphite and different aluminium oxide in the PUE, found the weight of adding graphite and aluminium oxide made the great effect on the properties of PUE. The proper of graphite content enhances the mechanical property of PUE, however, the more of adding graphite, made the lower mechanical property of PUE. The adding of aluminium oxide makes the mechanical property of PUE is reduced.In order to make the full understanding the property of PUE, the test make the PUE bonding the aluminium plate, after that test the fracture behavior of the composite board. The crack of aluminium plate draughts the crack orientation of PUE, under the external force, at the beginning the pure PUE crack along the open slot, but then the crack is irregular at last.
