Research Of The Organic Matter Of High Concentration In Anaerobic Decomposition

Industrial organic liquid wastes, surplus sludge and animal manure that is the chief pollution resources ,result in serious environmental pollution and jeopardize the health of the human being at present in china, with economy and society developing,industry and agriculture improving day by day.Anaerobic decomposition system is able to deal with high concentration organic matter effectively and ecologically:therefore,it is studied and make use widely at home and abroad.Anaerobic digestion processing is influenced by bacteria,protozoan and epiphyte etc. Its reactive mechanism is complex. Whether we can control every parameter of reactive process or not, it will affect theutilizing rate of material and firedamp content. Therefore, we must study it, seek optimal ferment process and parameter and offer science reference for the utilization of high concentration organic matter.In this research, selecting three kinds of high concentration organic matter(Industrial organic liquid wastes, sludge and animal manure)compounded different concentration(10%, 12%, 15%) depend on specified proportion ,carried on anaerobic decomposition (25days)and determined COD and material and firedamp capacity in different temperature(25℃, 35℃, 55℃), analysed experiment result to choose the time,the concentration and the temperature to fit in with anaerobic decomposition system.Anaerobic decomposition effect of the surplus sludge of the tenth percent concentration is the best on 55℃between the fifth day and the tenth day; the fifteenth day and the twentieth day.Anaerobic decomposition effect of the animal manure of pigs of the fifteenth percent concentration is the best on 35℃between the tenth day and the fifteenth day; the eighteenth day and the twenty-third day.Anaerobic decomposition effect of the industrial organic liquid wastes of the fifteenth percent concentration is suitable on 35℃between the tenth day and the twentieth day.
