The desulfurization of gasoline by ionic liquid—[BMIM]PF6 was researched in the thesis.The synthesization processing of[BMIM]Cl and desulfurization processing of gasoline by ionic liquid[BMIM]PF6 was studied.Based on these studies a new extraction process of desulfurization of gasoline by ionic liquid was found.Firstly,we studied the synthesization and spectral analysis of the ionic liquids.The result showed that when reaction time was 48h,reaction temperature was 80℃and ratio of the material was 1.2,the yield of[BMIM]Cl was 91.14%under nitrogen protection.The compounds was characterized and analyzed by IR and H-NMR spectra.Secondly,gas chromatography method for checking sulfid was investigated in this article.The gas chromatography condition was:DFPD detection;φ3mm PTFE Column;The flow rate of N2 was 30mL/min;The flow rate of H2 was 140mL/min;The flow rate of air1 was 80mL/min;The flow rate of air2 was 170mL/min;The column temperature was 200℃;The temperature of injection port was 220℃;The temperature of detector was 250℃.Thirdly,we studied the desulfurization of gasoline by the ionic liquid.The result showed that desulfufization rate was 51.5%when reaction time was 60min,reaction temperature was 50℃and ratio of extraction solvent to oil was 0.2.Lastly,we studied the multistage desulfurization of model gasoline extracted by [BMIM]PF6 and the reusability of[BMIM]PF6.The result showed that desulfurization rate was 87%after 5 times and the ionic liquid had nicer reusability.
