However, from a technical point of view, the current switch plating is still mainly confined to hard power switch mode and transform analog control, reliability, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and the structure and process intelligence, and so has obvious limitations.Switching hard way lead in the loop current and voltage greater stress, resulting in greater EMC problems, which has been growing attention to environmental protection in the modern society has become increasingly can not be ignored, and in the process of switching hardware of the deterioration of the oscillation The switch of working conditions, exacerbated by switching losses and reduce the reliability of the system itself.. So it is necessary to study more advanced soft-switch technology, softening the switching process of switching power supply, reducing the switch voltage and current stress, reduce switching losses, continue to improve the efficiency of high-frequency switching power supply , enhance system reliability, and to some extent Solve the high-power switch electroplating power electromagnetic compatibility problems. This paper concluded high-frequency soft-switch technology transformation on the basis of the development process, the design proposal uses full-bridge phase-shift zero-voltage circuit soft-switch topology, detailed analysis of its work mechanism, the main circuit design and component selection, and enhanced under the current principle to join the auxiliary resonant network to broaden the scope of soft-switch and reduce by-side of Space than the loss.Analog control is the electroplating technology mainstream.
