In this paper, three kinds of luminescent borate glasses are prepared in high temperature. They include Dy-doped borate glass, Eu-doped borate glass and the co-doped borate glass with Eu3+/Dy3+. We studied on the effect of the different concentration on the intensity, density and get the best concentration of the component. In the glass, the concentration of NaO is 15at%, the concentration of ZnO is 5at%. When the concentration of the Dy3+ is 0.5at% the glass have the highest luminescent intensity. And the glasses'density is 1.84686g/cm3. The glasses are buff. When the concentration of the Eu3+ is 1.5at% the glasses have the highest luminescent intensity. And the glasses'density is 1.85150 g/cm3. The glasses are pink. The transmittance of the rare earth-doped borate glasses are a little worse than the glasses without rare earth-doped. But it will not affect its application.Through to three kinds of borate glass emission spectrum and the excitation spectrum test, we discovered when the Dy3+ ion is the luminescent center in the glass, the stimulation wave length is 349nm, we can obtain most greatly the luminous intensity emission spectrum, the peak value position is at 468nm blue light launch peak and the 575nm yellow photoemission peak composition, separately corresponds with the 4F9/2→6H15/2 and 4F9/2→6H13/2 energy level jump. The decay curve is conform to the e index rule. In the Eu3+-doped borate glass, the excitation wavelength is 395nm, we can obtain most greatly the luminous intensity emission spectrum. It has an obvious launch characteristic peak in the 614nm place. It is aroused by the 5D0→7F2 electricity dipole transition. At the 590nm another order strong peak is the 5D0→7F1 electricity dipole transition. The decay curve is also conform to the e index rule. In the Dy3+ ion and the Eu3+ ion co-doped borate glasses, the Dy3+ ion is sensitization and the Eu3+ ion is the luminescent center. Its emission spectrum position basically does not change, but the luminous intensity had a certain increase. Three kinds of glasses luminous intensity die-away time all can achieve 300s.In brief, through the adjustment matrix glass component and the doping rare earth ion content, we obtained the better preparation craft parameter and we have carried on the various measure. And we obtained the higher luminous intensity borate system. In the end, we have carried on the computation to the ion implantation density.
