The item is supported by bar factory of Tangshan Steel and Iron Group Stock Ltd. The factory has already finished hot delivery and hot charging and obtained energy-saving effect in 2000.It can abandon heating furnace to realize"green steel"production without contamination in deed and obtain remarkable economic benefit if we realize hot delivery and direct rolling. But it hasn't the report about this new technology of the continuous casting square billet made well applied in large-scale industrialized production in our country.First of all, it must settle the problem that the fixing quantity influence of the correlative equipment and technique parameters to induction heating effect and temperature distribution in casting billet section, if we want to realize the new technique of hot delivery and direct rolling in bar production line. This thesis finished the finite element analysis to the heat transfer problem and magnetic-thermal coupling in multi physics fields during induction heating by great engineering calculation software ANSYS. The results not only have instructional meaning in theory but also have applied value in practice to put the new technique in practice, select the induction heating equipment's and technologic parameters. The results are as follows:1,It successfully resolved the problem that multi physics coupled using physics environments in induction heating process, the finite element results are very closed to the measured values;2,The whole induction heating process is a sequential integer, so sequential disposals are carrying out in the text in order to making the simulating process forming a whole following the change of technique process, the beginning connected with the nearest end each other in every period, the simulation precision are improved;3,The results that the temperature distribution on casting square billet are simulated are approximately closed to the measured values in hot delivery and direct rolling;4,It made the vector visual and described the distribution of electromagnetic field in casting billet using the Post process function of the finite element software, it is very convenience to estimate the influence to the induction heating effect because of magnetic field changing;5,The thesis made quantitatively analysis to a good many influence factors in the induction heating, the results will have applied value and instructional meaning to the new equipments parameters selected and old equipments optimized .There are some questions needed to deeply study, as follows:1,It mainly studied 165~2 continuous casting billet, so other sizes are needed concretely study;2,The results are still needed further proved in production.
