Mine gas is importance disaster root in coal mine, not only destroyestablishment, ventilation system, but also made worker choke, coal flowburying people, even arouse fire damp explosion and fire accident. In our nation,the gas accident is about 70% of mine disaster, therefore, mine think that preventand cure gas is the emphases of coal mine work.Along with the fast development of technology, mines fling muchmanpower and material resources into mine to keep away gas accident. Due tothe particularity of upper corner, a portion of gas accumulate in upper cornercan't flow with main wind flow, so bring infinite hidden trouble to mine. Themeasure and equipment to deal with gas in upper corner have defect obviouslyin despite of have some effect, the defect represent hereinafter:â‘ Man-madefactor so much that letting gas in upper corner can't be automatic.â‘¡Efficiency is not high. For straitenss of upper corner, huge equipment can'tinstall, in miniature fixture have some function, but the efficiency is low.â‘¢Some equipment have electric portion, so it exist hidden trouble when run.â‘£ Equipment is ponderous and can't move easily. The place of upper corner ismutative with working face changing, so the fixture's place is changed. Becauseof ponderosity of the equipment, the motion of it need much time and hardsledding.Aim at the equipment's lack, the hydraulic pressure fan is developed toresolve question at upper corner. The equipment obtain the function ofmeasuring gas consistency and blowing gas automatically based on highpressure of emulsified fluid as power, PLC as controllable system.The paper analyzed the moving rule of gas and discovered the condition ofmoving gas's borderline, the result establish base for using of hydraulic pressurefan in upper corner. Aiming at the goal-auto letting gas, we developed the newstyle machine which combined conventional design theory of hydraulic pressure,modern control theory and advanced controllable technique of PLC, and itcomposed by controllable system of hydraulic pressure and electricity to getgoal-auto examining and letting gas. The fixture offer large-scale windautomatically, to adapt varies of gas consistence and different accumulativestatus of gas in upper corner. Hydraulic pressure fan's working portion separatewith controllable portion, when it works, the working portion can hang, movewith hydraulic pressure bracket, the measure save a lot of time and enhancework efficiency.To get credible effect, paper utilized Fluent-advanced software tosimulate wind in upper corner, the result of simulation indicate that the wind can form vortex in upper corner. And the outcome of simulation with fan proved thatusing hydraulic pressure fan could change wind direction in upper corner,minish area of vortex, and let gas.Impeller is the important portion of fan, it's capability can influence theeffect of hydraulic pressure fan directly, for this, paper analyzed it's impeller ontheory, and pointed out that diagonal fan is a part of hydraulic pressure fan, it'simpeller designing is different with centrifugal fan and axial-flow fan, but candevelop the two theories to design diagonal impeller.Paper analyzed the result of examination to check performance of hydraulicpressure fan, and offer a measure to check performance of fan at same condition.Industry test on hydraulic pressure fan validate feasibility of it in upper corner,and offer academic and practical evidence to next study.
