Ever since being invented as a supersolid material, the diamond film had experience the development over 20 years. The high conductor , high wearable diamond film in mm has been practical widely with the gradual growth of manufacturing artwork, and shown more and more priority in the aspects of heat, electricity, light etc. Thank to the own chemical feature of the diamond film, however, a host of technologies needs working out in the duration of process. On the base of research of compound of diamond film and the application in mechanic field, the following article illustrates the manufacturing technics and the craftwork of the diamong film.1. research of the growing feature of Direct current refulgence synthesizing the diamond film.Direct current refulgence's air pressure will amout to hundreds degree in the special situration . There is an clear distinct between the discharge state and the discharge characteristics , with the area displaying as the following two aspects: cathode ray, cathode umbrage, plasma globe, anode ray. We can draw a conclusion that high presure Direct current refulgence can be steady.The research of diamond's growing feature : Direct current refulgence diamond film consists of kinds of structrue and the surface is made up of side(110), side(111), side (100) and so forth. The side(110) is the chief aspect of the high quality diamond film and some factor like methane flux, discharge current , air intensity pressure , basic chip temerature will influence the growing rate of diamond film. With the instant growing of the methane flux and the decline of the film qualith, the growing of discharge current may have a unconspicuous affect on the growing rate which is in favor of promoting the quality of the film. 900-1000℃of the basic chip is the best time to deposit the high quality diamond film.The diamond, whose impurity consists of mainly black lead and un case-hardened carbon, has been analyzed by means of the action-spectrum. Meanwhile the we analyzed the influence of methane flux , air pressure and discharge current, and With the instant growing of the methane flux and the decline of the film qualith, the growing of discharge current may have a unconspicuous affect on the growing rate which is in favor of promoting the quality of the film, we may manufacture all sorts of diamond film through the mentioned experimental parameter.We study the wear and tear ratio through the application of diamond film to the tools, and find that there is a low wear and tear ratio with high air current and low discharge current, on the contrary, a high wear and tear ratio with a low methane flux and high discharge current. Adjusting the manufacturing parameter propery will result in diamond film with high wear and tear ratio which will amount to 400 thousand approximate to the wearability of natural diamond.2. study on the manufacturing craftwork of the CVD diamond reamerWe established a great deal of reforming technology aiming at the problems of the jolting of the diamond film reamer and the processing aluminium . We realized the superficial reformation of the diamond film in a big area under the vacuum situation, making use of the priciple of thermal diffusion and the silver, copper and titanium as the reforming materials, which reachesΦ35mm and forms symmetrical and compact titanium film whose thickness is millimicro. The achievement solves only the jolting technology during the process large-scale producing of diamond film reamer, but the mucosity problem as processing the aluminium and its ally accordingly spread the adjusting scope of the diamond film reamer.To set up the complete manufacturing craftwork and product-line of the CVD diamond reamer: high quality CVD diamond film process→bosseyed polished→superficialreforming→laserincising→jolting→knife grinding→refined grinding→examining. The wonderful range of CVD diamond reamers come into being through our excellent artwork. After studying on the utility of the CVD diamond reamer we may conclude that the CVD diamond reamer is more advanced than the imported ones in the way of precision, life-span and so forth which has been approximate to the natural diamond reamer.3. study on the CVD diamond finishing toolsBy means of the reasonable design ,we produced a series of CVD diamond finishing tools making most of the pecularity of high wearability , bigh area and flexible including diamond pen, mender and the handcraft of refrigheration formation, hot-agglomeration and knife-grinding to satisfy the industrialiazation.The ourcome shows that with the characteristics of long life ,which is as seven times as the natural small grain mender, the CVD diamond finishing tools can take place of the natural one and demostrates more outstanding capability.
