The municipal organic waste is the important portion of municipal solid waste, its biochemical character adapt to anaerobic digestion. Although The engineering technology have been applied widely home and abroad, much problems was to be solve in stability of the system, efficiency of disposal and organic load.Organic waste from Hefei Zhougudui wholesale market was researched in the paper, and the researched was founded by Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation of the 'the nature of classified biological refuse and biological treatment research (composting and biogas production)', Anhui learning science research projects, 'the source separation of garbage and biological rapid fermentation applied research.' Single factor including inoculability concentration, solid content, granularity, temperature was determined to test for gas production and gas component,by four experimentations for,the result show that municipal organic waste potential gas production is 268.05mL/gTS, 338.36mL/gVS. According to the orthogonal design experiment ,the optimized anaerobic digestion conditions are 20% of solid content, 3~4 cm sized granularity, inoculation concentration of 5/3, and at 55°C. Range analysis results showed that four factors influence degree was temperature > granularity > solid content> inoculation concentration.
