SMT is the abbreviation of Surface Mounting Technology, in which SMC/SMD (Surface Mount Components/Surface Mount Device) can be mounted on PCB(Printed Circuit Board). SMT is the mainstream technology and advanced development direction of electronic assembling. The solder-reflow machines is the key equipment of this technology . In this paper, the electrical control system for SMT solder-reflow machines is designed, based on the SMT solder temperature curve. The discuss of project about control system is resulted in choosing PLC project. And the MONITOUCH ,that is Touch-input System, is the importance HMI (Human Machine Interface) in this design. The screen data of MONITOUCH and the PLC application program of this electrical control system are the emphases. The mathematical model of the solder-reflow machines is found and a PID adjuster is used in the temperature closed loop system. In allusion to the mathematical model, the parameters of PID adjuster is set after debugging. At the end of this paper, there is a solder temperature curve as a result.
