water-jet deep-penetrating technology is the use of high-pressure fluid penetrating the radial wells for holes. Because of its distinctive characteristics and good prospects in the transformation of recent wells, It has extensive future in experimentation and testing field in domestic oil industry. Online system dynamic performance testing of water-jet deep-penetrating can effectively reflect the working condition and performance of water-jet deep-penetrating machine. It will promote capabilities of domestic independent researching of water-jet deep-penetrating technology.In the treatise, the research of online detection system of water-jet deep-penetrating technology was implemented in details by the method of detection and saving of underground displacement. Through conceptual design methodology, overall programmer of water-jet deep-penetration online testing was studied. In order to meet testing environment and assembly space needs, the Hall sensor testing programmer was decided finally, and the solutions for high-temperature which made tremendous impact on online testing was studied too. Through researching on Hall sensor detection technology, comparing and analysising of two Hall displacement sensor testing programmer, a improved magnetism circuit design for Hall sensor detection methods was decided, it set the theoretical foundation for displacement sensor detection system. By analysising of water-jet deep penetration's dynamic testing errors, and combined with machine learning research, it identify a self adjust method for system static error which has learning ability. Through the analysis of dynamic measurement's error for water-jet deep-penetrating online testing, a dynamic error amendment method that base on B-P reverse neural network theory was set up, it means overall accuracy of the system detection.In the treatise, hydraulic deep penetration online testing method was recorded from hardware design and software design. Online testing system was designed base on 89c51 singlechip system and Hall sensor detection signal processing. Meanwhile, a good used software was designed by VB6.0 in Windows 2000 software platform, it can process testing data, and provide concise and effective results for analysis.After initial applications testing and certification, the application of this research sound effects, it provide an effective and real evaluation tool for analysising of working stability of domestic developed water-jet deep-penetrating equipment independently. It has significance influence in equipment's promoting and improving.
