GSH is a sort of antioxidant in organisms and participates in several metabolisms.It is arresting attentions in many fields like biology,medical treatment,health care,hairdressing and foodstuff because it can protect cells in organisms from being oxidated and being hurted by toxicant.We prepared a kind of MIP which had separative and enriched functions for GSH due to the exclusive recognition ability of MIP and surveyed characters of MIP exactly and sensitively by fluorescence measuration.The polymers were synthesized in following conditions. Template was GSH,functional monomer was AM, crosslinker was EDGM,initiator was AIBN and DMSO acted as porogen. High pressure mercury lamp make available energy for the synthesis of MIP.Then, the resultant rigid polymers were ground, sieved and washed to remove template molecule. After sedimenting and drying, the GSH molecularly imprinted polymers were gained.We prepared four kinds of MIP in which the molar ratios of monomers to templates were 4:1,8:1,12:1 and 16:1 respectively and corresponding four kinds of NMIP. For binding experiments in static state, eight kinds of polymers were tested for their binding characters in GSH solutions of which the volume ratios of two sorts of solvents H2O and DMSO were 4:96,20:80,40:60:70:30 and 100:0.The MIP in which the molar ratio of monomers to templates was 8:1 behaved best and was choosed to do the subsequent character experiments.We researched the binding characters of MIP in eleven kinds of GSH solutions of various solute concentrations between 0.1 mmol/L and 5 mmol/L.According to these experimental datas did we drew the binding isothermals and accomplished analysis of Scatchard plot.We made TLC using MIP and corresponding NMIP to compare with commercial silica gel TLC and compared their separating effects for four species of structurally similar matters Gly,Glu,GSH and GSSG with four sorts of mixed developing solvents.To obtain a species of MIP with better characters, we prepared GSH MIP polymerized with silica gel as sacrificial materials in conditions same to bulk polymerization and compared performances of MIP prepared with the two sorts of polymerizations in the same environments.Based on molecular imprinting technique,we tried on preparing fluorescent sensor membrane which possessed of exclusive recognition ability to GSH using in-situ polymerization,sandwich method and polymerization with microporous filter membrane as underlay.Moreover,we study on the changes of fluorescent signals on membranes when they were in GSH solutions.
