The hydrogen nitrate ion is one of the most necessary and most familiar elements in numerous hazardous goods which can blow up or to be blown up. But at the present time, there is not the method which is used to measure the concentration of hydrogen nitrate ion in solution with high speed, high measurement precision and high measurement accuracy. So in this paper, we need to make great effort to find out a good method to resort the question.Because there are so many limitations in the traditional method of measuring the concentration of the hydrogen nitrate ion in solution, for example its measurement speed, measurement precision, measurement accuracy, and so on, that it could not accommodate the necessary of reality applies. So it has been given up.In this paper, based on the phenomenon that the absorption peak of hydrogen nitrate ion in solution would move to another wavelength location with a rule, following the changing of solution concentration, a new project has been found out, which can be used to measure the concentration of hydrogen nitrate ion in solution with the method of absorption peak location. We can get the value of the concentration of hydrogen nitrate ion in solution using the location of the absorption peak of hydrogen nitrate ion in solution. Compared with the method of Physics & Chemistry alliance measurement, it is more security. And compared with the method of the traditional Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrum Analysis, it has higher measurement speed and higher measurement accuracy. If using a spectra analysis instrument with high measurement precision, it will have high measurement precision. At the same time, we also find out an explanation for this phenomenon in the domain of the quantum mechanics, and erect a mathematic model to show the relation between the locations of absorption peak and the concentration of hydrogen nitrate ion in solution.
