Titanium dioxide powder has steady physical, chemical nature, it also has a good optics, electricity nature and color function, it is used widely in paint, plastic, paper-making, chemical fiber, printing ink, rubber, eletronics, cosmetics, welding electrode, euamel, ceramics and metallurgy, and so on. China has become the large country to consume titanium dioxide powder, but the manufacture technology is poor, product quality and profit are bad, it needs to be improved. In the technological process of Pangang(Group) company, the cool-condensation jar of wet-steam Titanium dioxide powder was damaged because of quake, lots of money was lost and the environment was polluted. So it must be improved.The paper analyzes the unsteady reasons of wet-steam, analysis shows: vapor-water two-phase flow instabilities had three types: pressure drop oscillation, density wave oscillation and heat flux oscillation. Shock wave and expand wave can cause the unsteady flowing in the course of object vapor-water two-phase flow. Unsteady flowing has pressure lash, it can cause the quake of pipe and equipment. The paper sets up a laboratory model in order to find unsteady factors, and gives qualitative analysis to the result of simulated lab. The natural frequency of the pipe was established by means of direct method, ti's only 1.7Hz, under 3.5Hz of design required. Numerical result shows that the natural frequency of the pipe reduced with the pipe's diameter, density, length and the flowing velociyt increased.Numerical result shows that the cause of the wet-steam cool-condensation jar cracking was resonated between the pipe and liquor in the tubes when they were impacted. The resonance would be eliminated with the pipe's diameter, density, length and the flowing velociyt decreased.We find some revamping schemes to reduce or remove the quake of the cool-condensation jar of wet-steam, and the zoology effectiveness, economy effectiveness, environment effectiveness of this revamping schemes were analyzed. The revamping schemes were effective in the technological promotion, it's would bring economy effectiveness $260000 per year.
