The intelligent clothes gathered by the embedded medical sensor can realize diagnostic function and apply widely at the area of war fighter physiological status monitor, space technology, deepwater operating environment and training for athletes. This thesis is to study the influence of off-set position of wearable pressure sensor on pulse signals and the pulse signals differentiation in different postures and each section of walking by the time-frequency and comparative analysis of characteristic parameters. We can distinguish the health condition and activity of the people who were measured by remote monitoring.Pulse signals and their characteristic parameters have been gathered from 8 points on 35 mm of radial artery by pressure sensor embedded in clothing on the basis of the clinical meaning of pulse manifestation. Unanimous result from time and frequency analysis and the gradually decreases of amplitude when sensor is away from the standard position. Dicrotic notch amplitude is increased compared with dominant wave, but dicrotic wave is decreased, and coefficient of variation continued rose. It has been proved that the pulse signals, gathered by the embedded pressure sensor in off-set position, can reflect pulse rate and the wave motion of radial artery correctly. The differences among standing, sitting and supination are tested. Pulse wave periods are increased because different posture when you are in the test. Coefficient variation of sitting is excessive other two postures. Main reason is the arm is bended when the person sitting there. We can tell movement of the people through remote monitoring.We can separate the beginning and the ending movements from dominant wave amplitude. Also we can get characteristic parameters from pulse wave. It shows that cardiovascular function is strengthened after walking. Frequency of pulse extracts easily through separate frequency analysis and noise that affects pulse signals recover is changeable. While walking the frequency of noise is lower than pulse wave, after walking it is higher mainly because this kind noise comes from recovering. We can recognize movement of the people through real time remote monitoring.
