During the shaft furnace smelting process, the coke can be destroyed by the carbon solution loss reaction of the CO2, moreover the microstructure and performance may be changed at different degree by the slag and coke reaction from the different kinds of slag during the high temperature area. In order to hold the rule of the slag and metal reaction, which can offer the valuable theory reference to the different kinds shaft furnace smelting process, in this paper, not only the slag and coke reaction that coke layer was wash by different kinds of slag and coke was dipped in the slag, but also the erode process when the unburned pulverized coal exist have been simulated, at the time, the change of the coke microstructure when it has been eroded can be analyzed and studied using some survey measures such as SEM and EDAX, some conclusions can gained as follows:1 .Whether or not it has the unburned pulverized coal, the coke microstructure break degree from scour eroding by every kinds of slag was less stronger than the erode from dipping in, and that the phenomenon is obvious. Further more the coke microstructure and tissue break degree from the slag and metal reaction can be weakened when it has the unburned pulverized coal.2.From the EDAX analysis of the sample's break surface, whether or not it has the unburned pulverized coal, it found that the coke was eroded by slag from the surface to inner even the slag and metal reaction was happened in the deep layers of the coke.3.From analyzing the coke that has been eroded by different content of FeO slag, the coke microstructure break degree was pricked up with the content of FeO increased. At the same time, by comparing the erode result from one kind of slag to another, the worst break degree of coke from the slag is that the FeO content was 20 percent, nest it was alkalis and chrome oxide.4.During the hole-wall structure, coarse gain studded tissue, particulate studded tissue and fibre structure was conserved better when it was eroded by every kind of slag, from which it can be instruct that the erode from the oxide of the slag to these microstructure was resisted strongly.The study outcome of this paper play an important role in soundly choosing and using the correspond performance coke in some kinds of process.
