Coal gangue is one of the largest exhaust and stocking among industrial solid wastes·It takes up a great deal land,endangers residential environment and brings about air,soil, water pollution and causes geological hazard.It's the double requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development strategy to enhance the comprehension utilization of coal gangue.The physicochemical properties and components a coal gangue in Qitaihe mining area are studied by XRD,SEM analysis method.It is the base and way of comprehensive utilization method of coal gangue in the district.Coal gangue is raw material for making brick in study.The physicochemical properties of coal gangue and fly ash,adding proportion of fly ash,sintered temperature etc.are considered in the new process.The optimal proportion of gangue—fly ash brick is obtained.The process is researched of lacunaris glass microball and its adsorptive characteristic and condition of making ball are discussed.The removal toxicity method of calcining coal gangue and limestone and chromium residue is a efficiency approach of disposal chromium residue and break a new path for comprehension utilization of coal gangue in district as a case study.
